Dagmara is an exceptional teacher. As an educator myself I know how hard it can be to individualize for each student, but Dagmara does this flawlessly. She plans lessons that meet my needs and ensures that I understand things before moving on. I thoroughly recommend Dagmara and Cup of Polish.

Culture related and current affairs focused materials were really helpful. I like the atmosphere on our classes. It is not easy to concentrate after a day in the office but I still find it enjoyable.

I have learned lots of polish culture and a mindset. Which is really helpful. Every lesson has given wider understanding of a daily life in Poland I have really enjoyed lessons especially big advantage is that I start to think in Polish, not only speak it:)

Polish culture, history, politics, life style were my favourite topics. Little grammar books and vocabulary app helped me a lot to learn Polish. Sense of humor – always appreciated. Uwielbiam Polskę.

Up until my arrival in Poland I have lived in many different countries but I always spoke the local language. To come to a country where I had not been before without speaking one word of Polish was hard. The lessons were great as from the beginning, I felt encouraged to speak, to listen and to integrate simple things in my day-to-day life. In the end, after three years, I felt comfortable to master my life in Poland sufficiently to feel integrated. It was a great experience and only possible with the great teaching - of the language and the country. The biggest asset of my classes was to much better understand Polish culture and the history of the country. This allowed me to better grasp the context in which I worked and lived - in particular at the beginning, it helped me to acknowledge why things work differently (or the same) as compered to my home country and to appreciate this without judging. In each lesson, we not only run through words and grammar - but integrated always aspects of daily life, politics or culture. My teacher had an amazing sense to find on all levels of my language proficiency suitable materials that allowed me to learn and develop a holistic comprehension of Poland and its people.

Dagmara is a highly-professional teacher who performs her work with true joy and passion. She is able to setup effective and interesting lessons  - e.g. by proposing multiple subjects from economics, socials, arts. She has been tailored the classes to the requirements of my job adjusting them to my personal interest and speed of learning. The supporting materials she is preparing are really interesting and updated. Her considerable expertise and ability to teach by examples make the polish grammar as something more logical and easier to learn. Without hesitation I do strongly recommend Dagmara to anyone who wants to learn to speak Polish, especially to those ones that are afraid of learning such a difficult language since she will make it definitely easier.
